Our Vision
To cultivate a world where every person and every organization has the opportunity to flourish.
We envision communities and workplaces where learning is lifelong, leadership is deeply human, and people have the confidence, self-awareness, and courage to create meaningful change, for themselves and those around them.
Our Mission
We help people and organizations grow with intention through evidence-based coaching, consulting, and learning experiences rooted in behavioral science.
We transform research into practical action, empowering individuals, leaders, and teams to build healthier workplaces, stronger relationships, and lives guided by purpose, resilience, and authentic growth.
About Us

We believe growth is a lifelong journey. Progress matters more than perfection, and every challenge holds the potential to become a catalyst for change.
Curiosity
We approach people and problems with openness, humility, and a desire to understand before we seek to solve.
Authenticity
Sustainable change begins when people are free to lead, learn, and live in alignment with who they truly are..
The Roots of Our Practice
Grounded in psychological theory and inspired by nature, our values provide the foundation for sustainable growth and authentic leadership.

Evidence
We ground our work in behavioral science, combining research with practical application to create meaningful, measurable impact.
Empowerment
We don't create dependence, we build capability, confidence, and ownership so people can continue growing long after we leave.

ABOUT Our Founder
Pilar Brooks, MSc
Organizations rarely struggle because they lack strategy. More often, they struggle because people lack the conditions, capabilities, and support needed to bring that strategy to life.

That is where my work begins.

I'm a Canadian-American organizational psychologist, behavioral scientist, and executive coach who helps organizations grow by developing the people within them. My work bridges the gap between research and practice, translating evidence from organizational psychology into practical strategies that strengthen leadership, increase engagement, reduce burnout, and build healthier, higher-performing workplaces.

Over the past decade, I have worked across government, higher education, and mission-driven organizations, partnering with leaders to solve complex human challenges that rarely have simple solutions. From redesigning workforce development systems and leadership programs to building scalable learning experiences and organizational change initiatives, my focus has always been the same: creating environments where people can do meaningful work and sustainably thrive.
Most recently, I have led workforce transformation initiatives within child- and family-serving systems, supporting the professionals responsible for some of society's most important work. In these roles, I have designed organization-wide onboarding strategies, leadership development initiatives, coaching programs, and learning systems that strengthen both individual capability and organizational resilience.
My approach is grounded in science, not trends.

I earned a joint Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia and the University of Bologna, where I specialized in understanding how people learn, lead, adapt, and flourish at work. My research on executive coaching, burnout, and employee engagement has been published in a peer-reviewed psychology journal, and I continue to integrate the latest behavioral science into every program I design.

But research alone doesn't change organizations. People do.

That's why I believe the most effective solutions are those that combine scientific rigor with empathy, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the realities leaders and teams face every day. My goal is never to deliver another training session or coaching conversation—it is to create lasting changes in how people think, lead, collaborate, and grow.

QuestGrove was built on the belief that growth is one of the most meaningful journeys we undertake. Whether I'm partnering with leadership teams, supporting helping professionals, coaching individuals, or designing future programs for emerging adults, my purpose remains the same: helping people and organizations build the capacity to flourish in a changing world.
